Terms of Service

AI Kitchen Design turns the kitchen photos you upload into AI-generated design images. We do not post designs for you or connect to your social media accounts.

By using AI Kitchen Design, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Creating an account

Some features need an account. Give us accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. Keep your sign-in details safe and don't share your account.

2. Responsibility for your account

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone else is using it, contact us right away.

1. What you must not do

You agree not to use AI Kitchen Design to:

• break any law or regulation
• upload photos you don't own or have permission to use, including photos of someone else's property without their permission
• upload photos that show children or anyone under 16
• harass, bully, impersonate or humiliate anyone
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights
• create sexual, pornographic or other adult content
• create content showing extreme violence or gore, spreading hate, or encouraging terrorism or real-world harm
• create deepfakes or intimate images of real people without their consent
• spread malware or other harmful code
• try to access our systems or other people's accounts without permission, or overload, break or reverse-engineer the service

We may refuse, remove or block content that breaks these rules, and suspend or close the accounts involved. Breaking these rules may also have legal consequences.

2. Changes to the service

We may change, pause or stop any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or anyone else for these changes.

3. Limits

Some features have limits, for example on the number of designs or credits available. Going past a limit may require signing in, buying credits or choosing a paid plan.

1. Credit packs and plans

Generating a design uses credits. You can buy one-time credit packs or subscribe to a plan. Prices, the credits included and any renewal terms are shown before you pay. Credits are added to your account once the payment is confirmed.

2. Subscriptions

Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

3. Payment processing

Payments are handled by secure third-party payment processors. By buying a credit pack or plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for it.

4. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

1. Our content

The AI Kitchen Design website, including its code, design, text, graphics, logos and style presets, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Product names, brands and styles mentioned on the site or resembled in a design belong to their owners. AI Kitchen Design is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those brands, manufacturers or retailers.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading them, you confirm that:

• you own them or have permission to use them and to let us process them
• your photos and the designs made from them don't infringe anyone's rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy and publicity rights

You give us permission to process and store your photos and designs to generate your designs and keep them in your account.

3. Infringement notices

We don't check every upload or design for rights. If we receive a valid notice that content infringes someone's rights, we may remove it and restrict the account involved.

4. Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely, without owing you anything.

1. The service is provided as is

AI Kitchen Design is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that the service will always be available, error-free or secure.

2. Generated designs

Designs are made by AI for inspiration. They may be inaccurate or unexpected, and may not match your room's real dimensions. They are not plans, measurements or professional advice, and we don't promise that a design can be built, meets building codes or uses products that exist. Have a qualified contractor measure and check your kitchen before you buy materials or start work.

AI can produce results that look like existing works, brands or products without anyone intending it. You are responsible for any claims that come from how you use or publish your designs.

3. Your responsibility

AI Kitchen Design is a tool. You are responsible for what you upload and for how you use the designs you make, including any claims from other people, platforms or authorities.

4. Third-party links and services

The service may link to or use third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

To the extent the law allows, AI Kitchen Design and its partners and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, such as lost profits, lost data, business interruption, renovation or material costs, or harm to reputation, including damages that come from your uploads, your designs or how you use them.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using AI Kitchen Design at any time. To close your account, email support@ai-kitchen-design.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

1. Entire agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between you and AI Kitchen Design about the service.

2. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms apply once they are posted on this page, and the date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the service, you accept the updated terms.
