How do credits work?
AI Kitchen Design runs on credits. Each design you generate uses 2 credits, and you'll see the cost before you start. If a design fails, your credits are refunded automatically, and you can try again or upload a different photo.
Do yearly plans give all the credits at once or every month?
Yearly plans add the full year of credits to your account as soon as your payment goes through. Pro Yearly, for example, gives you all 7,200 credits upfront, not 600 a month. They stay valid for the full year of your subscription.
Do credits expire?
Subscription credits are valid for your current billing period: one month on a monthly plan, one year on a yearly plan. Unused credits don't carry over to the next period. Credits from one-time credit packs never expire, so you can use them whenever you're ready.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Go to the Subscription page, choose Manage subscription and cancel there. You won't be charged again, and your plan and credits stay available until the current billing period ends.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions can be refunded within 7 days. See our Refund Policy for details.
