Help with a design or a payment
Write from the email on your account and include the date you bought credits or made the design. If you can, attach a screenshot of the design, so we can find it quickly.
Refunds
If your design fails to generate, the credits come back automatically. To request a refund, email us with your account email, the transaction ID, the reason and any screenshots that help. Our Refund Policy explains who can get a refund and how it works.
Privacy and data requests
To ask what data we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email us from the address on your account. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
